A heavy week of training for Ryan can find his pedalling legs spent by weekend, and for Sinead who isn\u2019t a regular cyclist the extra assistance means she\u2019ll be able to get from A to B with ease!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To finish of their set up, accessories wise we supplied a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.balfesbikes.mom\/accessories\/packs-luggage\/brompton-city-bag-for-brompton-electric-with-frame-in-black__8432\" target=\"_blank\">Brompton City Bag<\/a> and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.balfesbikes.mom\/accessories\/electronics\/brompton-quad-lock-phone-mount-254mm-with-universal-adaptor__25301\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Brompton Quad Lock Mount with Universal Adaptor<\/a> each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On ditching his car, Ryan said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cAs soon as I moved down to London I knew I wanted to ditch my car because it\u2019s one of the most accessible cities in the world, but equally with the summer we\u2019ve had you wouldn\u2019t want to spend it all on the underground\/public transport.
