The first iteration of the Liv Langma debuted on the world stage in 2017 and immediately begun bringing home wins and building excitement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inspired by the Tibetan name for Mount Everest and built around the same ideology as sister company Giant\u2019s iconic TCR, Liv\u2019s female specific Langma enables women all over the world to seek out new challenges and push the boundaries of what is possible on a bike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The updated Langma is lighter, more aerodynamic and more efficient than ever before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The full Liv Langma range includes 3 series, and 7 models. The Advanced SL series features 2 purebred World Tour ready race machines, while the Advanced and Advanced Pro models are matched with components built for all-day miles out on the road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Langma range serves riders across sizes XS, S and M and offers female specific geometry for an optimised ride. Every size of the Langma range is designed using women\u2019s body dimension data and their lived riding experience, and should deliver the ideal geometry for most women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integrated Design<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The frameset, wheels, cockpit and other details on the Langma range have been designed to function as a system (particularly on the front end of the bikes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the Advanced SL and Advanced Pro models you\u2019ll find a Liv Contact SLR or SL handlebar with integrated cable routing. Teamed with the Giant Contact SLR\/SL stem and unified top cap, cables and spacers you are left with an aerodynamic and user-friendly setup that offers flexibility in positioning\/maintenance plus all the benefits you\u2019d expect with integrated componentry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Power Efficiency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The new Langma is lighter, but stiffer than its predecessors and offers greater pedalling efficiency. This is thanks to proprietary composite material woven in Liv\u2019s own production facility! Precision cutting and minimal swatch usage allows for a reduction in frame weight without sacrificing stiffness and aerodynamics. Most of the gains in stiffness come from modified sections of the head tube, down tube, and bottom bracket area, resulting in an uncompromising race bike that delivers explosive acceleration and confident pedalling stiffness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Improved Aerodynamics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Liv put the Langma range through stringent testing to ensure this was the most efficient version of the Langma to date. They\u2019ve made significant aerodynamic improvements to the downtube, seat post and fork, and the Liv Contact flared handlebar also contributes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Langma\u2019s aerodynamics were put to the test in a wind tunnel, using speeds up to 24mp (40kph) and a dynamic mannequin that replicates real world riding conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All models of the Langma are engineered, designed and tested with Liv\u2019s team of product developers, designers and athletes along with the women\u2019s WorldTour team Liv AlUla Jayco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Liv AlUla Jayco team will debut the Langma Advanced SL at the Giro d\u2019Italia Women, followed by the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
