The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

Restrap's Race Bar Bag - Flat Bar is designed for those travelling light and fast, but don’t want to compromise on function. Featuring the flat handlebar optimised and fully waterproof 7L double roll dry bag with GripTight patch for additional stability.

First launched in 2020 Restrap's Race Range is developed for racers and anyone who wants to travel light and fast. Made from lightweight, but resilient materials, we haven’t compromised durability or functionality in the search for gram saving.

The Race Bar Bag - Flat Bar uses an updated holster system bar bag, taking all of Restrap's product development experience to create the most functional version yet.

Why do Restrap use a holster system? Because the most time consuming part of fitting and removing a bikepacking set up is strapping the bags to the bike. Restrap's system allows you to leave the holster attached to the bike when you arrive at your destination and simply/quickly remove the dry bag in a couple of clicks. Reverse that process when you set off. Easy. Reliable. Slick. Less faffing and more riding.

The Race Holster is married to a double roll dry bag, specifically optimised for flat bars. With 7L of functional, 100% waterproof carrying capacity, it allows for greater clearance (with a compact 160mm diameter) above the front wheel by running wider than Restrap's drop-bar version. With openings at either end, it allows you to easily access the entire contents without having to empty out the whole bag.

As with all of Restrap's holster system bar bags, the Race Bar Bag - Flat Bar uses their innovative GripTight patch for additional stability. A hook and loop system firmly secures the dry bag within the holster meaning that placing a full drybag in the holster is an easier process and the drybag is completely prevented from slipping from side-to-side within the holster, no matter how rough the ride

The Race Holster is compatible with both the Race Double-Roll Dry Bag (included) and Race Roll-Top Dry Bag.
