Balfe’s Bikes in Crawley is a stone’s throw from Gatwick airport and train station. Our showroom carries an array of products and brands, and with access to the complete warehouse of 1000s of items there is something for every cyclist — Trek, Specialized, Giant, Liv, Brompton and many more.

    Had a great shoe fitting. We discussed the types of racing shoe, the differences, which would be best for me. Then I had an assessment of my pronation and recommendation of the best insole for me based on a heat mapping of my foot. All in all a great service thank you. Shoes are great

    I would give them 10 stars if I could - top level of service. I have visited Gatwick branch to select a bike and accessories and have been given comprehensive advise on what would be the best fit for me, I have been able to try the bicycle I selected as they have massive list of bicycles in stock, and once my order was finalised I have been informed on the progress and next steps. I have enchanted an issue with one of the accessories I selected as issue was proactively resolved and I have been given alternatives without additional cost.

    If anyone looking for the place to buy a bicycle, accessories or anything related - this is by far the best place to go.
