Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

Designed around outright speed, this Colnago Y1RS and ENVE SES 4.5 bundle combines an aerodynamic carbon race frameset with a versatile deep-section carbon wheelset. The result provides an exceptional starting point for a premium electronic road-race build.

The Y1RS has been developed to minimise aerodynamic resistance while delivering the stiffness required for powerful accelerations. Colnago states that its frontal area is reduced by 19% compared with the V4Rs, while frame stiffness is increased by 3.5%. The CC.Y1 integrated cockpit with WYND© technology, curved down tube and DEFY seatpost junction further contribute to its aerodynamic design.

ENVE's SES 4.5 wheels complement the Y1RS with differing front and rear rim profiles developed around aerodynamic efficiency and stability. The 50mm front and 56mm rear carbon rims have a wide 25mm internal width and are optimised around modern high-volume road tyres. ENVE uses its INNERDRIVE Premium Straight-Pull hubs with 12x100mm front and 12x142mm rear spacing, with the rear wheel in this bundle using the Shimano HG freehub.

Warranty Information for Colnago:

Colnago Ernesto E C Srl guarantees its frames, if purchased from authorized Colnago dealers, free of production defects or materials for:

Three yearsfrom the date of purchase at retail if, within ten days of the purchase, it is registered on the sitewww.colnago.com.

Two yearsif it does not register within ten days of purchase or for warranty replacement products.

Two yearsfor the E64 model from the retail purchase date.

A frame that is recognized as defective by Colnago Ernesto E C Srl in the terms of this warranty will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of Colnago. In case of NON availability of the original product, the replacement will take place with a similar product of equivalent value. We remind you that the Colnago warranty covers any aesthetic and / or painting defects for 12 months (1 year).

Products of other companies, mounted on Colnago bicycles, are covered by the guarantees of the respective manufacturers, to which you are kindly requested.
