With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

The Bergamont Horizon Tour 20 Wave is a 2027 electric hybrid bike built for comfortable, low-maintenance commuting and everyday urban travel. It combines a Bosch Performance Line (BDU346Y), Bosch PowerTube 540 Wh, 29in wheels and SR Suntour NVX 32 5TA COIL LO, 100mm suspension with a Gates CDC belt drive with a Shimano Nexus 5-speed internal gear hub.
The internal-gear transmission keeps shifting simple for frequent stops and daily journeys, while hydraulic disc brakes and Schwalbe Energizer Plus Tour tyres provide dependable control in mixed weather. The Wave frame lowers the step-over height for easier access and a more relaxed everyday riding experience. An adjustable stem and comfort-focused contact points further support an upright touring position.
Integrated lighting, a Racktime SNAPIT 2.0 carrier, chaincase and kickstand make the Horizon Tour 20 Wave a practical choice for carrying work or shopping loads. It is aimed at riders prioritising easy ownership, utility and comfort over sport-focused performance.
