The Castelli Rosso Corsa Pro Mitts are pro-level road racing mitts, made to improve aerodynamics and protect your hands in a crash. The back of the hand uses the same aerodynamic fabric as the sleeves of Castelli’s Aero Race 8S Jersey, so the mitts match a full race-day kit and help airflow pass smoothly over your hands at speed.
Protection is built into the palm, which is reinforced with Dyneema®, a fibre Castelli describes as 15 times stronger than steel, for added durability and security if you come off. An extended cuff sits higher on the wrist for a sleeker fit and neater integration with your jersey sleeves.
For comfort over long distances, padding at the base of the palm supports your hands when riding on the hoods, while the Castelli Damping System (CDS) reduces pressure on the median nerve. At just 45 g and with a temperature range of 10–35°C, they’re designed for racing and fast riding through spring, summer and autumn.
