With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.
It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.
Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.
If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

The Stans Flow EX3 is built to handle faster speeds on the most demanding trails. As a highly reliable tubeless rim, it is designed for durability, utilising Stans patented Bead Socket Technology to ensure easy inflation and a reliable airtight seal, proven on enduro and World Cup DH courses. The construction features bead-blasted 6069 aluminium with a Tiebeam triple cavity design, making the Flow EX3 an ideal choice for enduro and DH racing, as well as the added weight and forces of eBikes.
The Tiebeam inner bridge allows the rim to withstand significant impacts that would typically cause structural failure or air loss in other rims. By resisting sidewall folding, the Tiebeam brace and low walls maintain air pressure and structural integrity during aggressive riding. The Flow EX3 is the evolution of the Flow line, specifically engineered for the most demanding conditions.
The Flow EX3 features a 29mm inner width, which is optimised for 2.3in to 2.6in tyres. This rim has been proven with wins at World Cup DH and Enduro World Series events and is built to handle All Mountain, Downhill, and Enduro disciplines. The product includes a 3-year rim warranty with 1-year crash replacement.
