The UTO Pro20 is a premium folding electric bike engineered to deliver exceptional ride quality, innovative technology, and everyday practicality in one refined package. Developed following 18 months of in-house research and development, the Pro range introduces 39 design and specification improvements alongside six patented innovations, creating a folding e-bike that feels solid, stable, and remarkably sophisticated on the road.
The redesigned frame features patented auto-locking hinges that allow the bike to unfold in under five seconds, while the integrated ABUS-developed battery anti-theft lock adds security without compromising the clean aesthetic. Careful frame engineering ensures no parts of the bike contact each other when folded, helping to prevent scratches and wear during transport or storage. Integrated cabling, thru axle dropouts, and lightweight French-made wheels further enhance the premium finish and riding experience.
Powered by a Bafang dual-speed automatic gearbox hub motor paired with a Gates belt drive system, the Pro20 automatically selects the correct gear while delivering smooth and maintenance-friendly performance. The LG cell battery integrates neatly into the seatpost and powers the integrated Litemove lighting system with automatic activation. Wide Schwalbe Big Apple tyres, Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes, and a rear rack included as standard make the UTO Pro20 a versatile folding e-bike built for commuting, touring, and everyday adventure.

Warranty Information for UTO:
The frame is guaranteed by UTO for 5 years from the invoice date, the electrical system is guaranteed for 2 years from the invoice date and the battery is guaranteed for 2 years from the invoice date.
By registering your bike, you benefit from the warranty extension which will extend it for an additional 5 years. Your bike (frame and fork) will then be guaranteed for 10 years. The warranty on the motor, battery, controller and display will remain unchanged and will be limited to 2 years from the date of purchase. To obtain the extended warranty, complete the form here . Registering your bike can be done at any time after purchase.
Any Product altered, modified, repaired or transformed is not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by accident, abuse, neglect or modification of the frame or components. The warranty is excluded in the event of misuse or abnormal use of the Product. The warranty does not cover worn parts, normal wear and tear, improper assembly, or improper installation of parts or accessories.
The warranty does not cover damage to parts showing visible signs of impact, due to a cause unrelated to the quality of the bicycle (accident, impact, fall, etc.).
The warranty does not cover damage caused by repairs or modifications carried out by the user or unauthorised technician. Modification of any component of the bicycle (frame and/or parts, including paintwork) may result in serious injury.
